Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Sonic Flow, client satisfaction is vital to our reputation. We outline transparent rules for subscription termination and refund requests below.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription plan (Developer Starter or Growth Startup) at any time. To cancel:
- Log in to your developer console dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription" under the billing tab.
- Alternatively, email
support@sonic-flow.xyzrequesting cancellation.
2. Refund Terms
We provide a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all new subscriptions:
- You are entitled to a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase, provided that your API traffic utilization has not exceeded 10% of the monthly plan quotas.
- Renewals: Recurring monthly renewal charges are generally non-refundable unless a request is sent within 7 days of the billing date and account usage remains inactive.
- Outages: If our gateway experienced a critical system failure causing downtime exceeding 24 hours in a billing period, a pro-rated credit or refund will be authorized.
3. Request Process
To request a refund, please email support@sonic-flow.xyz with your user account details and the Stripe billing invoice number. Approved refunds are processed immediately and take 5–10 business days to return to your original payment card.
