Welcome to Sonic Flow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, developer tools, and API routing gateway services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Longyun Pei ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Sonic Flow provides cloud infrastructure middleware, including developer API gateways, endpoints configuration, and analytics routing dashboards. We reserve the right to upgrade, modify, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior liability.
2. User Accounts & API Keys
To access our Services, you must create a developer account. You agree to provide accurate registration information. You are solely responsible for all API requests and usage activity under your account credentials and private API keys. Sharing keys is strictly discouraged for security reasons.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Our pricing plans (Developer Starter and Growth Startup) are detailed on our pricing page.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle.
- All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment service provider, Stripe. We do not store credit card credentials.
- You are responsible for any local VAT or sales taxes associated with your cloud gateway subscription.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to utilize Sonic Flow API Gateway Services to transmit malware, conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, scan systems for vulnerabilities, or violate intellectual property laws. We reserves the right to suspend accounts immediately upon detecting abusive API behavior.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the local laws of our business registration jurisdiction, without reference to conflict of laws guidelines.
